ABOUT THIS HERBAL TINCTURE
Our Buhner herbs tincture is a proprietary blend of organic and wild-crafted plant ingredients with organic alcohol and glycerin. It is for internal use and to be taken by mouth.
This formula was inspired by Stephen Harrod Buhner. We use Japanese knotweed in this blend, as it may have broad acting antibacterial and vasodilating properties–it is also rich in resveratrol and quercetin. Baikal Skullcap and Chinese Red Sage may be potentiators, increasing the efficacy of other herbs taken with them! Gou Teng, Kudzu, and Baikal Skullcap may support the healing of damaged neural tissue.

This herbal tincture is not designed to be part of the Buhner Protocol, but contains our favorite herbs from Stephen Buhner's list of recommended plants to support the body as it heals from Lyme Disease. We find it is a favorite for those who've found success with the protocol and want to continue providing their body regular support in an all-in-one blend.
HOW TO TAKE A TINCTURE
Squeeze the recommended dosage amount (shown on bottle) directly into the mouth using the provided dropper and swallow immediately. Alcohol-based tinctures are more comfortably taken atop the tongue, rather than underneath. Many customers prefer to dilute tinctures with a small amount of water in a stout glass, while others mix them into smoothies, juice, or tea.
